5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to :

6. Intellectual Property

The Verba name, logo, design, and software are the property of the app owner and may not be used without permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Verba at any time if you violate these Terms.

You may request deletion of your account at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no guarantees that :

  • The App will always be available
  • The App will be error-free
  • The App will meet your expectations

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verba shall not be liable for :

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of data
  • Content posted by users

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
